(M & A) and private financing opportunities ($10 million
to $200 million target market). Since its inception, our

generally work for our clients on a success fee basis
and references are our primary means of deal flow. NCP
has specialized in industries such as large construction,
niche manufacturing, and similar, tangential services
or technology companies in support of these types of
business. The firm also worked extensively on insurance,
asset management and regional banking / brokerage assignments.
We believe the firm fulfills a vital niche that many
of the large capitalization and mid tier investment banking
