acted as sole advisor to Hawkeye Glove Mfg., one of the
largest clothing and textile (C&T) Defense Contractors
in the United States, in its successful sale to Ansell
Limited (ASX: ANN), the largest glove manufacturer and
2nd largest condom manufacturer in the world. This acquisition
will allow Hawkeye Glove to expand its breadth within the
Defense Contracting industry through significant synergies,
primarily industry leading Science & Technology, while
Ansell will be able to gain market share within the US
Defense market through the vast experience and expertise
of Hawkeye Glove’s 300 employee operational base.
