NCP Investment Banking acted as sole advisor on behalf of a Kansas City based Commercial Real Estate client in the successful re-structuring / re-financing of a $5,000,000 commercial real estate loan portfolio.
4th Quarter 2009 – The re-structuring allowed our client to maintain control of their existing commercial real estate properties and continue to manage said properties with a reduced, fixed cost structure and a viable debt service coverage ratio going forward.
