Eric M. Lohmeier, CFA
Mr. Lohmeier has been with NCP, Inc., an investment banking
advisory firm, since its inception in 2001. Mr. Lohmeier
specializes in investment banking, specifically in mergers
and acquisitions and private equity, as well as overall
business strategy of the firm. From 1997 through 2000,
Mr. Lohmeier was employed by a predecessor firm of Wachovia
Securities Institutional Capital Markets Division (4th
largest bank in the US by assets, approx. $800 billion)
in their Chicago office as a senior equity research analyst
specializing in financial and real estate securities.
Prior to his employment in the financial field, Mr. Lohmeier
held several positions in the road construction industry,
culminating as a project quality control manager. Mr.
Lohmeier holds an MBA (finance specialization) from the
University of Iowa (Iowa City, IA) and a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Economics and English (minor) from Simpson
College (Indianola, IA). Mr. Lohmeier was awarded a CFA
charter from the CFA Institute, in the fall of 2000,
and currently sits on the CFA Society of Iowa’s
Board of Directors. Mr. Lohmeier frequently lectures
for both graduate and under-graduate business classes
for the University of Iowa and Iowa State University
on topics ranging from real estate finance to investment

Leo Skeffington, a commercial and mezzanine
finance specialist, facilitates commercial and development
real estate projects
for NCP. Leo holds a Master’s degree from the University
of Nebraska and is a PhD candidate with studies at the
University of Miami, FL. He brings over a half decade
of experience in securitized and direct lending facilitation.

Peterson
NCP enjoys the support of analyst Brett Peterson,
a graduate of the University of South Dakota. Brett is
a Magna Cum
Laude graduate of the Beacom School of Business with
a major in Finance. Brett is a CFA Level II Candidate.
