NCP, Inc. was formed in 2005 as a relationship-driven investment bank catering to middle-market companies and specializing in mergers and acquisitions, merchant banking, and corporate finance. We are an established yet continually evolving firm with a track record dating back to 1970 with Wachovia Securities.
