Mr. Martin joined NCP as an analyst in May 2023. He assists the firm’s Corporate Finance and Investment Banking / Mergers & Acquisition divisions.
Prior to joining NCP, he worked as an analyst for Principal Asset Management’s commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions team. Mr. Martin graduated from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business with both Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Master of Science in Finance degrees.
Zach is the President and founder of Eubank Capital. Zach has been a consultant and business adviser to Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska and Minnesota businesses on financial and management projects, business planning, and business valuations.
Zach is currently licensed by the American Society of Appraisers as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) as a Certified Valuation Analyst and as an attorney in the State of Iowa.
Zach received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Marquette University in 2003, a Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in 2006 and a Masters of Business Administration from Drake University in 2008.
Mrs. Miller joined NCP as an office manager in January of 2022. She works closely with the executive team providing administrative assistance and event coordinating.
Allison is a 2015 graduate of the University of Iowa with a diverse background in logistics, business management, and marketing.
Mrs. Mlsna joined NCP as an analyst in November 2021. She assists the firm's Corporate Finance and Investment Banking / Mergers & Acquisitions divisions.
Prior to joining NCP, she worked as an analyst at REG, a biodiesel production company, performing financial analysis and diligence. Mrs. Mlsna graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi State University with a degree in Chemistry. She has successfully completed the CFA Level 1 exam.
Ms. Winge joined NCP as an analyst in January 2019. She assists the firm's Corporate Finance and Investment Banking / Mergers & Acquisitions divisions.
Prior to joining NCP, she worked as a commercial real estate credit analyst for a regional commercial bank. Megan is a graduate of Drake University with a degree in Finance, and a current MBA candidate at the University of Iowa. She has served in leadership roles with the Greater Des Moines Young Professionals Connection and Des Moines hub of Global Shapers Community, and is currently a member of the Accounting and Financial Women's Alliance.
Mr. Gerard joined NCP as an associate in October 2020 and assists the firm's Corporate Finance and Investment Banking / Mergers & Acquisitions divisions.
Prior to joining NCP, Mr. Gerard worked for a large public finance advisory firm where he managed or co-managed 100+ debt transactions totaling $3.5 billion for local government clients across the Midwest.
Mr. Gerard graduated from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with both Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Master of Business Administration degrees. In addition, he was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from CFA Institute in 2015 and is the Past President of CFA Society Iowa.
Mr. Goetzinger joined NCP as an analyst in October 2015. He assists the firm's Corporate Finance and Investment Banking / Mergers & Acquisitions divisions.
Prior to joining NCP, he worked as an analyst for a regional commercial bank. Mr. Goetzinger is a Cum Laude graduate of Central College with majors in Business Management and Accounting.
Mr. Goetzinger was awarded a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute in the Spring of 2017 and is a member of the CFA Society Iowa. He is an active board member with Junior Achievement of Central Iowa and Community Youth Concepts.
Mr. Peterson has 15 years of experience in the financial industry and has been employed by NCP since 2007. He co-manages the firm’s Corporate Finance and Investment Banking / Mergers & Acquisitions divisions, and assists in directing the firm's long-term strategy.
Mr. Peterson is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Dakota’s Beacom School of Business with a major in Finance.
Mr. Peterson was awarded a CFA charter from the CFA Institute in the fall of 2012 and is past President of CFA Society Iowa. He is a member, and past board member, of the Des Moines Rotary Club AM and a board member of the West Des Moines Community Enrichment Foundation. He occasionally lectures for Drake University and the University of Iowa on a range of financial topics.
Mr. Lohmeier is a founding member of NCP, Inc. From 1996 through 2005, Mr. Lohmeier practiced under Wachovia Securities Institutional Capital Markets Division (Chicago and Des Moines offices).
Mr. Lohmeier holds an MBA (finance specialization) from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English (minor) from Simpson College. Mr. Lohmeier was awarded a CFA charter from the CFA Institute in the fall of 2000 and is a Past-President of the CFA Society of Iowa’s Board of Directors (2011 & 2012).
He is a current board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Iowa Economic Roundtable and Wakonda Club. Mr. Lohmeier is a past Board Member of Sukup Manufacturing and past Director of Hagie Manufacturing Company, LLC. (Prior to finalizing their JV and sale of their remaining interest to John Deere) Lohmeier has additional past positions on the following boards: ABI, The Des Moines Rotary Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa, Greater Des Moines Partnership's Regional Business Development Board, and Atlas Seminars. Mr. Lohmeier frequently lectures for both graduate and under-graduate business classes for the University of Iowa, Iowa State University and Simpson College on various corporate finance and investment banking topics.
